Karmic Wood chair is created by our own designer with a focus on high quality, functionality and beauty. With its simple and clean look, the chair is a lovely feature in the interior of any Nordic home.

Rights for online purchases
When you shop in our online store, your rights and obligations are regulated by the following laws:

When you have to choose the right one
Take your time and, above all, make sure to measure properly! All width, height and depth measurements are given on Karmic Wood Norge products, so take out the measuring tape. Feel free to visit a store and feel the goods before you decide, then you are sure that you have made the right choice.
When you order
Make sure you have ordered the correct items. The prices stated in the online shop include VAT. The total costs you have to pay, including shipping, will be quoted before you send your final order. The agreement you enter into with us is binding for both parties once your order has been received by us. The order confirmation we send you is your receipt. If you discover an error in your order after it has been sent, please contact us as soon as possible.
When you pay
When you shop at www.karmicwood.no , you can pay with Visa and Mastercard, or use our financing products that are valid at all times.
When paying by card:
To prevent access to your payment card details, we use a secure online card transaction terminal. The payment is made via a secure, encrypted connection, which ensures that your payment details are not accessible to unauthorized persons. All credit card information is entered in a secure environment encrypted with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You will be asked for the following information: Card number, expiry date and CVC number. Our payment solution is provided by NETS, which is one of the Nordic region's largest suppliers of secure payment solutions. We do not store any card details in Karmic Wood Norway.
Once we have received your order, we make a reservation on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to cover the purchase price and complete the transaction. The amount is only deducted when you collect the item, or we send it from us.
When paying with a financing product:
Our financing products are delivered in collaboration with Instabank. When you want to make use of a financing product, the application takes place on a secure and encrypted application and payment portal provided by Dintero. Here, all information you enter is encrypted and sent via a secure environment so that none of your information is accessible to unauthorized persons. Karmic Wood Norge will not receive, gain access to or store any of the information you fill in with your credit application.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel the goods until you pick them up or have them delivered. This means that you e.g. can cancel the purchase in case of delayed delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If you cancel goods that are manufactured to your specifications, and these goods have already gone into production, a cancellation fee of 25% of the purchase price will be calculated. This applies to goods that, for example, have choices for measurements, layout, textile, legs and the like.
Where can you get goods delivered?
You can choose to pick up most items from one of our warehouses or have them delivered to your home. We bear the risk for the products until they are taken over by you, i.e. when you have received the products in your possession.
We deliver all over Norway with the exception of Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
If you order goods with home delivery, this is delivered to the street address. We do not deliver to addresses on islands without fixed road connections or cabins without a proper road. Remember that for safety reasons, our employees cannot take off their safety shoes when delivering, so feel free to prepare a surface that can withstand being stepped on and carried.
When you order with "Buy and pick up"
You can buy goods directly from our warehouse in Vettre via "Buy and pick up" at www.karmicwood.no . We will make the item ready for you within 24 hours at the latest, and notify you via SMS when it can be picked up.
In order for us to keep your item, it is required that it is paid in full in advance when you place the Buy and collect order at www.karmicwood.no .
Since Buy and collect orders are paid during the online purchase process, this is considered an online order regulated by the same rights as other online purchases. See "Rights when purchasing online".
If you are unable to pick up the item within 7 days, please contact the store. Buy and collect orders that are not picked up within 7 days will normally be cancelled, and the item will fall fully back into our possession. When canceling a Buy and Collect order that has not been picked up, the payment on your card, or the financing agreement entered into at the time of purchase, is also cancelled.
When you have received the goods
New furniture from Karmic Wood Norway always gives a good feeling. The first thing you should do is check that the packages look undamaged. Research well. If there is visible damage, this must be addressed immediately. You can refuse to accept a shipment that appears damaged by not signing for it. Then the carrier must take the goods back. Feel free to unpack if there is a smaller parcel, to check that the goods are undamaged and otherwise the correct goods as ordered.
Most of our items require assembly. Assembly is not included in the price, but can be ordered at an additional cost in many of our stores.
Product reviews
After you as a customer have made a purchase at www.karmicwood.no , we will ask you to leave a product review. We would like to learn from your experiences with products bought from us, while this will give our customers better information about the products in our online store. We therefore publish product reviews at www.karmicwood.no . Your experiences have great value, regardless of whether you have good or bad experiences with the product.
If you are going to return/cancel the purchase
In the vast majority of cases, it means great joy to receive your item at home. Should you still change your mind, you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return the item. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on furniture and interior goods bought online from Karmic Wood Norway.
To be able to use the right of withdrawal, the item must be in such a condition that Karmic Wood Norway can sell it again. The item must be unused. Remember that you are responsible for the item from the day you pick it up or have it delivered until it is returned to us. The item must be returned in its original packaging. You must carefully open the packaging, but you must ensure that you pack the item securely in the original packaging, and that this must appear intact and salable.
Items that are returned without original packaging, or where the item no longer appears as new, we must sell this as an exhibition model. We will therefore make a deduction of at least 25% of the purchase amount from the return amount.
Goods that are delivered flat-packed are difficult to dismantle after assembly without damaging the goods. If you have assembled it yourself, we therefore want you to deliver the item back in assembled condition. Assembled goods must be sold as an exhibition model, and a minimum of 50% is therefore deducted from the return amount.
All returned goods will be inspected by our stores when they are returned.
Goods can be returned in our warehouse in Vettre or you can contact customer service for online shopping at info@karmicwood.no if you have questions about returns and the right to cancel.
When returning an item, this must be done within 14 days of receiving the item. You must bring a pre-filled right of withdrawal form and a receipt/order confirmation of the purchase to the store to which you want to return the item.
If you wish to return via a collection point or order a return from home, we would appreciate it if you first contact our customer service, who can be helpful with return addresses and assist with returns via our partner PostNord. If you want to advertise
When buying in an online store, you have the usual right of complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. According to the Consumer Purchases Act, the right to complain is as a general rule two years, but five years for goods that are intended to last significantly longer than two years. Most of our furniture such as chairs / stools or similar are intended to last longer than two years. There is therefore a five-year warranty on such goods.
If you discover an error or deficiency in your item, we ask that you submit your complaint as soon as you discover the error, and within 2 months at the latest. Fill out the complaint form here.
Disputes and choice of law
Disputes in connection with the conditions and associated provisions, as well as disputes that otherwise concern trading on www.karmicwood.no follow Norwegian law and fall under the ordinary dispute resolution bodies and courts, with Follo and Nordre Østfold District Court as the court of jurisdiction for any proceedings before the District Court. By being Trygg e-Handel certified, the company undertakes to follow the Consumer Complaints Committee's decisions in the event of a dispute.
If you wish to complain about a product or service purchased from us, you can lodge a complaint with the Consumer Council. The Consumer Council is a state administrative body that guides consumers and mediates in disputes between consumers and businesses.
