Can I order all products from Karmic Wood Norway online?

We have a large selection of our assortment in our online store. As of today, we do not have a physical store in Norway, but we are looking for more to collaborate with Norway's biggest prosecutors.

Can I change the items on my order?
We are not allowed to change or exchange items on existing orders ordered online. Feel free to place a new order in the online store for the item(s) you wish to change to. At the same time, contact us as soon as possible at info@karmicwood.no , and we will assist you in canceling the items you do not want on your old order. Please note that the delivery time is usually also changed.

How do I add items to an order that has been placed?
You may not add items to orders that have been ordered. Then place a new order for the goods you want.

The purchase amount from my card is gone, has the order been cancelled?
No, everything is fine with your order. When you shop in our online store, the purchase amount is reserved on your card for about a week, but the money is not withdrawn from your account until you have received your goods. It is therefore completely normal that it may appear that the amount has been cancelled, but as long as you have received an order confirmation, everything looks OK. The amount is automatically deducted only when you have collected or had your goods delivered.

I have not received an order confirmation, what happened?
First check the spam or advertising filter on your email account and see if it has ended up there. If your order confirmation has still not arrived, please contact customer service. Provide the telephone number you registered on your order as a reference so that we can find your order more quickly.

I have purchased an item online. Can I travel straight to the chosen store and pick it up?
If you have used "Buy and collect", you can pick up the item in store as soon as you receive a notification via SMS. Items that are in online stock are shipped within 1-2 weeks, and items labeled "made to order" are made just for you to order from one of our skilled manufacturers. Therefore, check the delivery time before ordering.

The item I want is a made-to-order item, is it then empty/sold out in all Karmic Wood Norge stores?
No, not necessarily. If an item is made-to-order, it means that it is not stocked in the online warehouse, and that it is produced for you to order when you shop online.

How do I adjust the number of items in my shopping cart?
To add more of an item, you can click several times on the buy button on the product. If you want to adjust the quantity, you do so by clicking on "go to checkout". Then adjust the number by clicking on the plus or minus symbols at the number per product.

The item I want to buy requires assembly, does it come with instructions for use?
Yes, there are instructions for use and/or assembly instructions with all our products where this is necessary. If you have lost or are missing an assembly instruction for a product, you can also contact us at info@karmicwood.no and we will be helpful in obtaining this for your product.

Is the price the same for products in Karmic Wood Norway and Karmic Wood UK online?
Yes. We basically have the same offer and prices on our website, but at certain times of the year there may be campaigns that are adapted to each country.

I can't shop because my bank card doesn't work. Is there an error on their website?
As a rule, the payment solutions are always in order. We accept all VISA and MASTERCARD cards, if you use a card other than this this may be the reason. Otherwise, take a second look at whether there is coverage on the card for the entire order amount. If it still doesn't work, you can either contact customer service or use an invoice as a payment solution.
