Delivery and shipping
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time depends on which product you buy. Made-to-order goods are produced for you to order when you shop online. The delivery time stated is an estimate and changes may occur. If your item is in online stock, it will be sent with the first available transport to the selected delivery location.
The delivery time also depends on the delivery method, if the item is sent with PostNord, it is collected from our warehouse in Vettre. See "Frequently asked questions" about your delivery method for more info.
You can also use "Buy and collect" if the item you want is available in our warehouse in Vettre. Pay for the item and pick it up within 24 hours. You will be notified by SMS when your order can be collected.
Where can I see the delivery time for an item?
The delivery time for ordered goods is stated on the product page and is also shown in the shopping basket. The delivery time varies from product to product and whether you choose to collect the product yourself or have it delivered to your home. Home deliveries are delivered together if it consists of several items. Estimated delivery time for the entire order is then equivalent to the item that has stated the longest delivery time.
How will my order be shipped?
If you order several items on the same order, it may happen that the delivery is split. We ship parts of the range directly from our central warehouse and use Postnord as carrier. The rest of the range can be collected from the selected warehouse, or you can choose to order home delivery. At checkout, you will receive a summary of how your order will be shipped. Goods sent directly to you with PostNord will then be split and are at the top of the overview.
When is my item ready for collection?
When you have received your order confirmation, your order is registered. For PostNord shipments, you get tracking per SMS as soon as it is sent from online storage. For items that are sent to the store, you will receive an SMS as soon as your item has arrived at the store and is ready for collection or further home delivery.
With "Buy and pick up", you usually receive an SMS within 24 hours at the latest.
When will my item arrive with PostNord?
Goods sent with PostNord are normally sent the following working day (Monday-Friday). The delivery time is approximately 2-6 working days.
Why can't I track my shipment at PostNord?
Tracking and notifications with PostNord deliveries are sent by SMS. Check the order confirmation and that the correct telephone number is registered. If the telephone number is incorrect, contact customer service info@karmicwood.no.
Where is my item? More time has passed than the stated delivery time.
Made-to-order goods are produced for you to order when you shop online. The delivery time stated is an estimate, and given for collection in store. Delivery times depend on order intake and season with our manufacturers, and it may happen that orders exceed the stated delivery time.
Can you give me an exact delivery date?
Yes and no. Your delivery date is basically the number of weeks stated on your order confirmation, but we cannot give a specific day. If unforeseen events occur, the delivery time may increase somewhat.
What happens if I am not at home when my item is delivered?
If the item is to be delivered to your home address, and you are not at home at the agreed delivery time, the item will be returned. Shipping price is not refunded. When ordering a new delivery, a new shipping price is added.
Do you deliver to all of Norway?
We deliver all over Norway with the exception of Svalbard and Jan Mayen.
Do you deliver abroad?
No, we only deliver to addresses in Norway.
